AnCasa Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Cluster Corporate based at AnCasa Hotel Kuala Lumpur , to drive corporate sales strategies across multiple properties. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue, strengthening corporate partnerships, and positioning the brand competitively within the hospitality market.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities. Prepare and negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and proposals.
Provide regular sales performance reports, monthly sales reports, forecasts, production analysis, and action plans.
