Minimum requirements for the role:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred but not essential for this role.
Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is essential.
Previous sales management experience is preferred but is not essential.
The company is happy to promote a senior Key Accounts Manager into this Executive Sales Management role as long as the person has the ability to manage a team of people.
The successful candidate must have proven experience managing strategic Pharmacy, Retail and Wholesale accounts.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial environment is essential.
Previous experience calling on retail pharmacy groups and healthcare channels.
