About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad in Permas Jaya branch. In this role, you will support the Branch Manager in expanding business profitability, managing key portfolios, and strengthening agency operations. You will play a critical role in increasing market share, enhancing agency performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and productivity.

What you will be doing

• Support the Branch Manager in formulating and executing marketing strategies to maximise business potential through the Agency channel.
• Manage Agency, RHB Group, and Direct business portfolios to improve productivity and profitability.
