Participate in trade shows to generate new sales lead
Keep abreast of the latest development in technology and changing customer requirements and expectations
Ensure all team members of the spooling team are properly trained and spooling jobs are executed professionally
Ensure all spooling jobs are done in accordance with clients requirement and in line with all relevant and applicable standards within stipulated timeline
Supervise and provide assistance to team members with rigging and slinging techniques when performing spooling jobs
Conduct site survey and planning of equipment and manpower allocations prior to any inspection assignments
