Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issue Assist sales manager to meet sales targets and objectives Maintain and develop relationships with customers Proactively lead the daily executive of merchandising activities to achieve price, quality and product safety, ensure customer satisfaction Work with sales manager to arrange new development and demonstrations to customers Monitor and supervise merchandiser on order follow up, resolve production issues Support any ad hoc project Requirements
