Senior Sales Executive (Property Development)
- Manage sales of assigned projects in accordance with company policies and sales targets.
- Track sales progress to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.
- Advise customers on property purchases, including loan and legal matters.
- Handle sales inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads professionally.
- Coordinate property handover and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
- Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.
