Senior Sales Executive / Commercial Lead (Hunter) – Singapore

Senior Sales Executive / Commercial Lead (Hunter) to expand our maintenance portfolio for lifts and escalators in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, site visits/assessments, solution design & pricing (validated with Ops), proposal presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and grow a network across the built environment ecosystem: property managers, FM teams, asset managers, building owners, consultants, contractors.
• Conduct site surveys to understand the current setup, constraints, equipment condition, risks and client expectations and tailor our maintenance approach accordingly.
• Maintain a high-quality, accurate pipeline in our CRM, with disciplined forecasting and reporting.
• Position WeMaintain as a trusted advisor: focus on long-term quality, transparency, safety and user experience.
