We are hiring a Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth in Malaysia.
About the Role
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by engaging mid-market and enterprise customers, building pipeline, and closing new deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition across Malaysia
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, and closing
- Engage senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll leaders)
- Collaborate with partners (BPOs, system integrators) to co-sell opportunities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
Experience
- 6–12 years of B2B sales experience
- Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions
