Olive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our manufacturing client's team near Austin, TX. This role blends the art of relationship-driven sales with the structure of project management. You will oversee the full sales cycle- from prospecting and building client relationships to coordinating pre-booking projects and delivering solution-based selling. As a key contributor, you will work with both internal and external clients throughout the Bid-Build/Design-Build process, driving deals to successful close.
