Job Overview The Senior Sales Engineer – Telecom & Security Systems is a key role, reporting to the Sales Manager responsible for our business across the Middle East region. The focus is Telecom & Security Systems. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is part of the Sales‑Contracting Team (Oil and Gas) focused on expanding our footprint and customer base across the MEA region.
Responsibilities - Chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high‑quality proposals.
- Participate in tendering and bidding processes.
- Differentiating Johnson Controls by leveraging deep market knowledge of competitors.
- Seek and develop long‑term customer relationships and drive territory growth.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent planning and time‑management skills.
