What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to EMEA sales leadership, identifying performance gaps and tailoring enablement programs to regional needs.
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programs, from onboarding to advanced training, ensuring consistent adoption of Mimecast’s sales methodology.
- Equip sales teams with competitive insights, tools, and strategies to win in the EMEA market.
- Use data to measure enablement program effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, pre‑sales, and customer success to align enablement with go‑to‑market strategies.
