Responsible for external sales team under their supervision, working with the Sales Director and Key Account Managers (KAM) to define proper coverage and identify key customers to be served across all business units nationwide. May also supervise the Southern/Southeastern, Northern, Northeastern, and Central-West regions.
Manage opportunities handled by their sales team, aligned with SICK’s strategy. Monitor team results and activities through the CRM tool, ensuring all information is always up to date. Regularly visit key customers. Participate in monthly and annual meetings to contribute and remain aligned with SICK Brazil’s strategies and objectives.
