We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Estimating Manager to take a key leadership role within the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Role

You’ll lead our sales estimating and pre-construction functions , managing bids from tender through to contract award and seamless handover to delivery teams. This is a senior, commercially focused role with real influence on business growth and strategy.
