ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Developer with deep UiPath expertise and a strong background in Insurance and Reinsurance operations. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role within our Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading end-to-end automation delivery, mentoring junior developers, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical mastery of the UiPath platform with an understanding of complex insurance and reinsurance workflows, including policy processing, claims management, bordereaux reconciliation, and treaty accounting.
