• Safeguard the Kempinski standards impacting revenues across our hotels on multiple levels such as room type change, upselling, competitive sets, market segmentation, account production tracking as well as ensuring the BI data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the set up and maintenance of Revenue related brand standard and guidelines, such as tools and SOPs (e.g. revenue meeting, rate strategy tool etc) and ensure these are uploaded on mykempinski extranet.
• Work closely with the regional teams to further improve the current processes, tools and guidelines
• Provide monthly reporting results to the CCO including - but not limited to - Market segmentation, Source Market, Channel + OTA and Wholesale partners production ...
