Main purpose of the job

The main purpose of the job is to ensure consistent implementation and upholding of policies and procedures.

Ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation. Drive a motivated and energised store team. Drives sales of HAUS products through effective stock management, maintaining merchandising standards and overseeing the effective operations of the showroom.

Promote and sell retail products to customers, providing excellent customer service, reaching and exceeding sales budgets.
