Hire Resolve’s client in the Civil Engineering field is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Resident Engineer in Mozambique.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the construction of road infrastructure projects

Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints

Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure quality assurance

Monitor performance metrics and adjust project plans as needed

Manage and lead teams of construction workers and contractors

Review and approve project plans, designs, and contracts

Prepare project-related reports and presentations for management

Requirements

+15 years’ experience in the construction and supervisor of road projects

BSc. / . in Civil Engineering

Must be Professionally registered.

Fluent in English and Portuguese
