SiRNA in-vitro screening

Mammalian Cell culture, RT-qPCR, and cell-based assays (ELISA/Western Blot/CRISPR) is a must

Primary and immortalized cells (mammalian and human) are required

Some In-vivo experience/mouse handling/animal dosing experience is required

Exp with - Hepatocytes/Adipocytes is highly preferred- Deciding factor

PhD is overqualified

Masters degree is required with 4yrs. experience. Can consider Bachelors for 6+yrs. experience with all skills

Exp with 3d culture and organoids is plus.
