Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Work closely with Client Directors to further build client relationships and maintain/grow accounts. (e.g. collaborate on proposals, costs, account reviews, lead presentations/ discussions, etc.).Independently able to lead and manage standardized as well as customized studies (Including designing Questionnaires/discussion guides, analysing and evaluating results, and report writing)Independently able to develop, implement, coordinate, and manage research projects in collaboration with the internal Research team, external consultants, & operations team.Actively drive issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations, and consultative storytelling to clients in a straight-forward way.Proactively advise line-manager of client status, problems, and opportunitiesRequirements:
