Senior Research Executive (Molecular Diagnostics)

We are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join our R&D team to support the development of a LAMP-CRISPR-based eDNA detection system for rapid, onsite diagnosis, surveillance, and biosecurity monitoring of aquaculture pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CRISPR-based diagnostic projects.
• Provide support to colleagues, project teams and stakeholders within own area of expertise.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with regulations.
• Help in efficient functioning of the lab by placing and receiving supplies and maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintain and ensure equipment functionality by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, arranging repairs.
• Document results by maintaining logs, charting data and preparing reports. <...
