PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position will provide strategic leadership for the Ca SE (Capacity Strengthening and Mentorship Engagement) Program, which is a component of a MATRIX (Microbicide R&D to Advance HIV Prevention Technologies through Responsive Innovation and e Xcellence), a USAID-funded cooperative agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead operational implementation of contracts including with consultants, subcontractors, and program partners.
