Position Overview
We are seeking for a Senior Research Associate (f/m/d) in molecular plant breeding full time and limited to October 2027. You will work in the breeding technology team for maize and oilseed crops at KWS SAAT SE & Co KGaA in Einbeck, Germany.
Your tasks:
Service oriented application of molecular markers within hybrid breeding programs for corn and oilseed crops (worldwide)Coordination and performance of greenhouse programs for sampling of plant material for molecular genetics experimentsPerformance of sequence-alignments and -assemblies for detection of sequence variants for molecular marker developmentPlanning of laboratory orders, sampling, analysis and interpretation of genotyping data as well as reporting of results to customersContribute to the expansion of standardization and automation of internal databases for genotyping processes and trait development Contribute your skills:
