About the role

We are looking for a Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to lead the delivery of high-quality operational and management reporting and analysis across the organisation. This role is central to ensuring senior leaders, ELT and the Board are well informed and equipped to make effective decisions.

You’ll deliver end-to-end reporting that is timely, accurate and actionable, using data storytelling and visualisation to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights. You’ll drive continuous improvement, automation and self-service reporting capability, while also building team capability through mentoring, peer support and stepping in to lead day-to-day team delivery when needed.
