Job DescriptionKey Result Areas:
The primary responsibility of the role is to sell Credit Cards and drive balance‑building products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash.
Engage customers through calls and direct meetings to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales.
Promote appropriate credit card and balance‑building solutions aligned with customer profiles.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting portfolio growth
Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships:
Operate in a call center environment.
Interaction with Team Leader, Product Manager and Inbound / Outbound Management for action and follow up.
