Demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover local and global opportunities.
Partner with internal customer teams to continuously identify cost savings projects, growth opportunities, and enhance performance in line with client practices and objectives.
Generate share of wallet opportunities with existing customers.
Identify needs and develop proposals with Element’s value‑added services.
Coordinate end‑to‑end sales process for new asset and service onboarding (risk‑under‑writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation).
Accountable for overall relationship management of clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
