Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reinsurance strategies aligned with the organizations goals and risk appetite.
• Analyze and assess the organizations risk exposures and recommend appropriate reinsurance programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish reinsurance objectives and risk tolerances.
