Position Overview
MAIN PURPOSE
To support the growth of Shiseido APAC's key categories driving regional performance marketing excellence, media governance, and crossmarket digital capability building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, optimise & evaluate marketing activities for regional e-commerce campaigns on pureplayer platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partner
- Lead holistic search to drive positive momentum on brand.com ecosystem
Media Governance & Stewardship
- Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.
- Ensure local markets adopt the global / regional standards.
