Position Overview
To lead and manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities in accordance with approved government policies and procedures, ensuring the timely attraction, assessment, and onboarding of qualified talent to support organizational workforce requirements. The role also supports employee relations, HR operations, and compliance while utilizing government HR systems such as Bayanati to maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring request approvals to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for government roles.
- Draft and publish job advertisements through approved recruitment channels and government platforms.
