Our Client is a 9 year-old regional boutique search firm covering junior to mid/C suites level roles. Our clients include global fortune 500 MNCs, Singapore branded SMEs and others. Company has offices in Singapore, China and Vietnam.
As part of company expansion, they are now looking for individuals in Vietnam with an interest to be a Senior/Principal Consultant to grow with their team.
This person can progress to become a Lead Consultant managing a team.

* Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Advertise open positions to external networks
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
