Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across technology, digital, business and corporate functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and delivery KPIs.
- Drive sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment performance and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand hiring needs, workforce plans and project timelines.
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights and hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership capacity.
