POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal. He or she will partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery including executing staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates; manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; and adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for leading and executing special projects to support our long-term talent strategy.
The base pay estimate for this role is $66,900-$113,700 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses...
