In this position, you will be the talent advisor for our Guadalajara Hub, leading searches for specialized IT roles while also supporting key corporate and administrative functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and others. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence hiring decisions with market insights, and help shape the next phase of growth for Koch. This position is a hybrid role based in Guadalajara.
