Key Responsibilities
- Create job postings and job descriptions that attract top IT talent.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the client.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits, as well as ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS or spreadsheets, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and candidates.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to meet client needs and improve recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job openings and candidate pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US recruitment or staffing.
