Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and MPH and request in return all information needed for the initial contact.
- Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process and scheduling of interviews according to recruitment process.
- Responsible that team maintain an exhaustive database for future prospect.
- Responsible apply effective sourcing processes and reporting systems in place.
- Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies along with team.
