Duration: 3 months contract (with possible extension) Job Description: The Senior Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of professional recruiting at the Investment Banking & Capital Markets teams. This includes developing and executing strategic recruiting plans through research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing new hires. This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, leveraging market insights to guide talent decisions.
