Oleares is a real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects end-to-end — from design through delivery.

What You'll Manage

• Full lifecycle management of 2–3 residential projects in parallel (~100 units each)
• Lead the design phase: architects, consultants, and regulatory approvals
• Oversee construction, contractor management, and milestone execution
• Complete budget ownership — planning, monitoring, and deviation control
• Coordinate directly with banks and project finance partners
• Risk, quality, and progress reporting to senior management and board
