Design and optimize high-voltage and RF power electronics for plasma systems, including ignition and modulation. Develop comprehensive electrical schematics, PCB layouts, block diagrams, and architectural designs for plasma lighting drivers. Collaborate with the Test & Maintenance team to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues. Work alongside process engineering and production teams to boost productivity and efficiency. Assist Quality Assurance in conducting failure analysis. Lead the design and development of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for a global customer base. Requirements
