AECOM’s Transit and Rail team is seeking a

Senior Rail Engineering Advisor . This seasoned rail professional will lead technical excellence and mentor emerging talent across major LRT and freight rail projects in Western Canada. With flagship projects in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver—and global reach through AECOM’s international portfolio—this role offers unmatched variety, flexibility, and impact.

Leaning on your extensive experience designing and constructing rail corridors, your primary mission will be to help develop the next generation of rail professionals.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide expert guidance to clients, contractors, and internal teams on technical matters.

Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical growth and leadership.
