Position Overview
Provide a fully comprehensive Mammography service for the screening programme and symptomatic service
Complying with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, IRMER (2017) & IRR17, MHRA and all other such relevant regulations and guidelines as appropriate to the delivery of independent sector imaging services
To obtain and maintain a high level of competency to meet National Standards.
Acting as an operator under the IRMER Radiation Regulations and assess the clinical justifications of referrals to ensure that the benefit to the patient outweighs the radiation risk Be a KIMS champion of patient experience. Through the team reporting into the role, be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer care, ensuring consistently high standards of patient experience
