We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.
Job Description:
Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability.
Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
5-6 years of experience in RF optimisation.
Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities.
Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools.
