Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee quantity take-offs and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage the preparation and administration of tender documents, procurement activities, and contract documentation
- Take responsibility for cost planning, budgeting, tender evaluations, and cost submissions throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders, contractual claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project expenditures, analyze cost performance, and implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget
- Administer contracts and provide guidance on contractual matters, claims management, dispute resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations
