Job Description - Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for projects by reviewing tender and construction drawings.
- Procure Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds, and handle bond extensions and/or cancellations.
- Perform as-built drawing re-measurements, contract administration, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and final account preparation.
- Prepare purchase orders for subcontractor awards, including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation of quotations.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate and prepare progress payments for subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare final accounts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare cash flow projections and forecast reports.
- Liaise with clients and consultants' Quantity Surveyors.
