Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry as Senior Quantity Surveyor and above category.
• Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.

Job Description

• Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements.
• Supporting in quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts
• Preparation of list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors
• Preparation of tender submissions, when required
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
