- Degree in Building Construction/ Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore construction/ main con/ builder
- Strong in time management Skills
- Ability to work independently and pro‑active in the delivery of tasks
- Ability to display initiatives, work under pressure and meet deadline
- Good communication skills
Job Description - Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
- Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
- Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
- Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
- Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on‑going projects
