Responsibilities Oversee project costs from inception to completion by managing budgeting, cost planning, and financial control to ensure projects stay within budget Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts accurately and on schedule to maintain financial transparency Review and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy and consistency in project costing Manage and resolve contractual and payment-related issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors professionally to maintain smooth project execution Lead tendering and cost estimation processes to produce competitive and well-supported submissions that align with project goals Monitor project expenditure, material usage, and cash flow, implementing corrective actions promptly to control costs Provide informed recommendations on procurement strategies and cost optimisation to enhance project profitability Conduct regular site visits to verify that project progr...
