We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage contract and tender‑related matters for our HDB BTO projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review tender documents, attend briefings and site visits, and prepare tender submissions (including drawings/specifications review, quantity take‑off, sourcing and evaluation of quotations, and documentation compilation)
• Prepare tender and contract documents for subcontractor and supplier awards (including quotation invitations, cost comparison, and subcontract drafting)
• Manage subcontractor and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants, and follow up on certifications
