Position Overview SPEC-Africa requires a highly experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
responsible for the
commercial management of major construction, security infrastructure, power and engineering projects.
The role oversees the
full commercial lifecycle of projects , including tendering, procurement, cost control, contract administration, certification, and final account closure.
The successful candidate must have the capability to
manage large and complex projects independently , ensure strong commercial discipline, and provide leadership across project, procurement, and commercial teams.
This role is critical in ensuring
project profitability, financial control, and contractual compliance across all projects within the organisation.
