Responsibilities

-- Taking off quantities for tendering.

-- Pricing of bills & quantities.

-- Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.

-- Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.

-- Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.

-- Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims
