Position Overview
Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with specialized expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cost management and quantity surveying aspects of MEP projects to ensure they are completed within budget and to high quality standards.
Job Responsibilities - Manage and control all costs associated with MEP projects, including estimating, tendering, budgeting, and final account preparation
- Prepare and evaluate MEP project costs, bills of quantities, and contracts
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget control
- Analyze variations and contractual claims related to MEP work
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets financial objectives
