Overall Objective:

Overall commercial management of several construction schemes
 
To work independently and /or guide small team

Key Accountabilities:

•Civils Provide commercial support to site and project managers 
•Monitor and update costs of projects by reviewing monthly financial forecasts against the actual costs
•Subcontractor procurement and management from inception to completion 
•Valuation, certification and / or approval of payments to Sub Contractors
•Provide guidance to operational team on the cost estimation process and awareness of contract requirements
•Report directly to clients and managers. Present valuation reports and cost estimation
•Tender and negotiate contracts: Estimate the target costs and budget prices. Prepare lump sum bids and compile enquiry documents for competitive bidding. When favourable bid received, prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
